The Tank series of bowling balls is one of the longest-running product lines in Motiv history. The Tank bowling balls are known for their control on the harshest of lane conditions. With that same criteria, Motiv introduces the Purple Tank Urethane mid-performance bowling ball. Unlike its predecessors, the Purple Tank has a true urethane coverstock. The coverstock on this ball was built on the technology of the Microcell Polymer but without the issues caused by oil absorption. This coverstock design creates control as well as aggressive traction. It is paired with the proven Flux core to increase the control of the ball and lower the track flare. This core has success on wet/dry conditions when bowlers tend to need shallower angles. The Motiv Purple Tanks is a great match on harsh oil patterns, short sport conditions, and also for big rev bowlers looking for control by providing awesome traction at the mid-lane and the control down the lane that urethane is known for.
